CHAMBER MEMBER SHOWCASE

March 25, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00pm
American Legion on Hannaford Drive, York, Maine

We invite you to showcase your business and set-up a 4’ table top booth to promote your business to the rest of the membership at our March Icebreaker! This is a new opportunity for our members and your chance to showcase your business. The format will be similar to our very successful New Member Reception Icebreaker which attracted over 150 people.
Please fill out this form (click here) and fax to 207-363-7320 if you are interested in displaying at the Chamber Icebreaker & Member Showcase. Deadline is March 5th.

The space will be approximately 4’ x 3’ (1/2 of an 8’ table). You will need to provide all of the supplies for your display including table linens. We also suggest holding a raffle at your booth to help draw people to your display. We will provide table, chairs & table signage. Please note that they do not allow you to use nails, tacks, tape or staples to hang decorations. You will need to be set-up by 4:30. Please feel free to contact the Chamber if you have any questions. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come/first served basis.
